1st class Royal Mail –  £2.00 Please allow 2-7 days for delivery.

Free 1st class Royal Mail on orders over –  £25.00 Please allow 2-7 days for delivery.

Standard Delivery Outside the UK

Delivery is via Royal Mail and requires a signature upon delivery

£10.00 – Please allow 7 – 14 days.

USA and CANADA

Delivery is via Royal Mail and requires a signature upon delivery

£8.00 Please allow 7-14 days.

The delivery cost does not include any applicable duty or customs tariffs that may be levied upon importation. These charges must be paid by the consignee.

DELIVERY INFORMATION

Please note we reserve the right to alter the displayed rates for larger orders – you will be advised of this before the charge is applied.

We aim to get all orders to you within a couple of days but please allow up to the specified time.

Please note that working days exclude Saturdays, Sundays and English Bank Holidays.

All displayed postal prices are inclusive of UK VAT for customers within the EU, and exclusive of VAT for customers outside the EU.

SURCHARGES

Please note that any orders for more than 5 products shipped outside of the UK will be subject to an additional delivery fee based on the total package weight.

We will deliver the merchandise in accordance with the delivery option selected by you. Orders to one address may be delivered in one or more deliveries; however, you will incur only one delivery charge. If you have specified delivery to more than one address when placing your order, there is a separate charge for each destination address. Any delivery timescales are indicative only.

RETURNS

The returns policy is for goods purchased on the website, by mail or by fax or post. Seams beauty hopes that you will be happy with your purchase. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order we will offer you a refund, exchange or replacement on all goods returned to us within seven days of your receipt of goods provided they are in their original condition, unopened, unused and undamaged. We will consider the condition of the goods being returned when making a refund.

Should you wish to cancel your order and return any goods, please notify us within a period of seven working days of receipt of your goods starting from the day following the day of delivery to you, by emailing us at sales@seamsbeauty.co.uk or by calling us on 0844 809 4229. We will provide you with a Returns Authorisation Number (RAN). Please provide us with full details of the customer order number and details of which goods are being returned.

Please let us know the reason for returning any goods.Please enter your RAN number in the space provided when returning your goods.

On receipt of the returned goods we will give you a refund of the amount paid for the goods. We do not refund the original delivery costs unless the goods are faulty or have been incorrectly supplied. Refunds will be made against the original for of payment.
The return costs will not be reimbursed. Postage or other return costs will be the customers responsibility, the goods are the customers responsibility until they have been received by us, and will only be reimbursed to you by us in the case of damage, faulty or incorrectly supplied goods.

We will endeavour to deal with your return as quickly as possible, but in busy periods please allow up to 30 days for your refund, replacement or exchange.

Seams Beauty Ltd cannot be held responsible for any goods that do not reach our Returns Department.
