1. Never go to sleep at night with make-up left on.
2. Exfoliate once a week to remove dead skin cells and brighten skin.
3. Cleanse with a hot-cloth facial cleanser.
4. Tone to remove excess dirt.
5. Dip a cotton wool pad in warm green tea, squeeze out the excess and rest on your eyes to soothe.
6. Apply a moisturiser containing hyaluronic acid for overnight hydration
7. Exercise your neck to realise tension. Touch your chin to your chest, slowly turn your chin to the right shoulder then back down to centre. Do the same up the left side.
8. Sleep on a silk pillowcase. The surface is cool, hypoallergenic and lets skin slide easily, meaning you’ll avoid skin creases.
